The Warlord and the Actress
Membre d'une troupe la chanteuse Tang Pei Hua, dites Pivoine Rouge est réputée pour sa voix et sa beauté. Cependant, sa beauté attire les avances importunes du cruel et lubrique général Cao Lin. Afin d'échapper à son emprise, Tang et son fiancé Lin Ke-Qiang décident de fuir vers le sud, où ils pourront vivre en toute liberté. Mais leur plan est découvert par Cao, et Lin est capturé. Pour le sauver, Tang devra faire un sacrifice…
