Quand un transport de cocaïne voyageant du Mexique au Canada est compromis, le chef d’un puissant cartel ordonne à son meilleur "cuisinier" et à son chef du trafic de remonter la chaîne afin d’identifier et régler le problème. En parallèle, le FBI remonte la piste d’une cocaïne coupée particulièrement mortelle. Rien ne va se passer comme prévu pour les deux camps…
