However, the train is located in a barn where businesswoman Katharina and her architect Pepijn want to build an office complex. They want to get rid of the barn, but Grandpa Fonkel and his friends don't want to sell it. Katharina comes up with a criminal plan. Will the Valentine's Train still be able to run on Valentine's Day?
