One night in Bankstown, a suburb in Sydney’s south-west, a man from the Southern Highlands and a woman from Leiyang, China, miss their train and decide to stay out. Beneath the stars, something gentle begins to grow. Told through a present-day frame, the film looks back on a single night that changed everything.
