Panique à quelques jours de Noël : le Père Noël est atteint d'amnésie. En effet, au cours d'une promenade en traîneau, le personnage mythique tombe sur la tête et oublie jusqu'à son nom. Recueilli par les Albright, il est néanmoins aidé par le jeune Zack qui fait tout pour aider le Père Noël à retrouver ses souvenirs.
