Gilles est un artiste-photographe en vue, ses autoportraits nus attirent les collectionneurs et la haute société. Le jour du vernissage de sa nouvelle exposition correspond aussi à son trente-cinquième anniversaire. Son frère Fred, très en surpoids, est invité et compte bien rappeler à Gilles quelles sont ses origines.
